Where: Thomas S. Monson Center, 411 E. South Temple Salt Lake City, UT 84111 from 5:30 PM-10:00 PM
Who: Current UUSOD Dental Students and their guests.
Cost: Early registration price: $20 each. After March 20th, tickets will be $30 each
Important: Please register for yourself and your guest. Once you have your personal information filled out, click "Register and Add Attendee" to add your guest's information. If you don't know who you're bringing, (dont' worry, we understand that dating is like the wild west) you can come back and purchase their ticket later OR put TBD in the name boxes if you want to buy their ticket now. We won't judge if you don't know who you're bringing yet!
